Yes. We do not refund to cost of shipping. Decals must be returned uninstalled and undamaged. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return decals. If we can not resell them, we cannot process a refund.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes, one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects and craftsmanship. Detailed pictures of issue are required to be sent to email@example.com. Warranty will not be given for incorrectly installed decals. We will work with you on the cost of replacing decals due to a bad install.
